This site contains information on the CD-ROM "Aikido Movements".

The demo on this site uses the same menu and shows 20 of the 150 movies from the CD-ROM.

We decided to adjust only the resolution of the photographs to make the demo faster.

The movies are between 300 Kb and 2 Mb and will take some time to load. 

The movies shown in this demo are identical to the movies on the CD-ROM.

This CD-ROM gives a good impression of the variety of aikido movements for aikido-practicioners.
